An Autumn Tablescape

My little wheat teapot seems more at home in the new season. And I've been saving my cup with the mums for fall too.

I'm enjoying the russets and yellows of Autumn mixed in with a little sage green.

Combined with white, it tones down the intensity. Autumn is falling softly in my neighborhood.

The soft yellow tea cloth is perfect for September, and I love having a bit of the past join in as one of the invited guests! The scattered leaves make the motif a natural for a sunny warm afternoon at the beginning of fall . . . .

I love the cover of the new Country Living! Don't you? Such darling ideas for decorating a pumpkin. The colors earned it an invitation to tea time too!

I hope you're having a wonderful time getting ready for Fall!
Ciao! for now!

Jacqueline

  14. Oh, this is so pretty Jacqueline! So soft & feminine!

We are hoping for an Indian Summer here in the Colorado mountains. The aspen leaves are beginning to turn and the temps at night are in the 30s - we're hoping we can finish a little building project before the snows fly!

Thank you for popping by to say 'hello'!

    Hugs,
