Granny Camp was in full swing over the weekend. Monster's University at the theater, the local farmer's market, and crawdad fishing on Saturday. The butterfly pavilion, the botanical park, and fun with watering cans on Sunday. It all generates a bit of laundry, so we're all business by Monday.
Hanging the wash is a definite first for this bunch, but a girl's reach should exceed her grasp!
Many hands make light work, (and other granny platitudes...)
No child labor laws were broken in the making of this post. . . .
(All dry in a half an hour!)
I hope your Monday was fun too!
Jacqueline
What fun!, so glad to hear there was no child labor laws broken...Whew, I was worried about that LOL!

What a cheery little clothesline full!
ReplyDeleteYou have some very cute helpers there and very stylish, too! I know all of you had a ball! You made me feel tired with all the fun you had! :)
ReplyDeleteXO,
Jane
Loved the pictures. One of my favorite pictures that I have is of my son at age 3 (now age 45) hanging clothes outside with my mother. You are making special memories with those charming girls!!! Sally
ReplyDeleteOH I love this!
ReplyDeleteI have some pictures very similar to these.
My grandson loves helping me string the clothes out.
In fact- he just likes to line things up in a row...being laundry, trucks, bicyles...etc.
He's a neatnick... doesn't get that from his Oma!
have a great rest of the week!
Pat

Hi Jacqueline,
ReplyDeleteWhat a delightful time and wonderful memories made. The girls are adorable and they look like they really had a great time.
I bet the clothes did dry in a half an hour. They would do the same here. We are facing 100's all week.
Have a beautiful day.
Hugs, Celestina Marie
I've never seen so much fun being had doing laundry!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos, Mary
Adorable Jacqueline! A wonderful way to dry the laundry and have so much fun doing it.
ReplyDeleteAdorable models and dresses! Altho, I get your main blog in my e-mail, I can't comment it on it and I get your other blog on my blog roll. Very confusing. I figured it out.
ReplyDeleteSuch colourful summer clothing on the clothesline. How nice to have so many helpers. I can't imagine the clothes being dry in half an hour! Amazing.
ReplyDeleteHow adorable! And what a valuable lesson you taught them... how to make house chores fun. Sounds like you had a very full and enjoyable Camp holiday with your sweeties!
