The most beautiful winery in New Mexico is right in my own neighborhood. I always feel like I'm in France or Italy when I visit even though it's constructed in a southern Spain/North African Moorish style. It's a nice place to hang out for an afternoon with out of town visitors. Especially with the mild afternoons we've been having.
A little wine and cheese and good conversation in a gorgeous setting--what else do you need?
The beautiful grounds and facility are also used for weddings and photography. You may want a peek of more at another event at the winery that I posted on last summer at this link.
I can't think of a nicer way to spend a Sunday afternoon with friends.
The owners residence is at the back of the property behind the wine tasting rooms. I don't have a hard time picturing myself living here!
Love the old world accessories sitting about the place.
A few Moorish arches.
The sound of a trickling fountain on the pond . . . .
It all makes me feel like I'm the one on a European vacation.
I hope you're enjoying the sights!
Have a great week ahead whatever you're up to. . . .
So nice that you stopped by!

ReplyDeleteYou're right...it looks European for sure...and doesn't look like the architecture we're used to seeing here in the USA.
Sounds like you had a lovely time.

How beautiful. We have a winery about five minutes from us. Not as pretty as yours.
