Old World Meets New ~ Rehearsal Dinner

A friend recently invited me to help at the rehearsal dinner for her son's wedding. She chose a beautiful local winery with an old world vibe for the occasion, and I can't imagine a more lovely setting.

A wonderful antique sideboard mirror reflects the long table centering the hall.

The couple love maps and aviation and chose that theme for engagement photos. The menu card from my design continues the motif.

Hammered silver flatware echoes the silver chargers. Bare wood gleams beneath. A deep colored woven runner supports the center floral arrangements.

A vintage damask linen napkin accents each of the sophisticated place settings in another crossroad between old world and new.

Best wishes to the lucky new couple!
Ciao! for now!

Jacqueline
