Surprise Party

When you shop the sales at the end of last season there is often a fun surprise waiting in the decorating boxes! I felt like I had just opened a present when I came across these tree candles because I had forgotten completely about them.

I wish I had a whole bunch more! But for a while they'll make things merry and bright.

These polka dot candles actually were a present. Just what I like to get. Candles can be a little indulgent, so they make a good gift for anyone.

My oversize green ornaments are vintage, but new to me this season. They add to the glitz of the silver tray and candlesticks.

A few goodies from the bakery can be almost as dazzling as the glitz! YUM!

White has a way of making things dreamy. The more the better.

Party on!

Thanks so much for joining the fun!
Ciao! for now!

  6. Oh So Pretty Jacqueline Sweetie...
What a gorgeous share. So serene and beautiful. You can just feel the clean air in all the whiteness. It reminds me of the clean fresh cold air that you find after a fresh snow. So beautiful.

I too love the white tree candles. I can see why you snatched them up, and yes I do love a surprise when I open a Christmas box and find purchases that I completely forgot about.

The vintage ornaments look so beautiful in those pitchers. What a beautiful way to display.

I hope you have a gorgeous Wednesday. Many hugs and much love, Sherry

  16. I love the fact you lit them! What's the point in having lovely things (which you do, BTW) if you're not gonna enjoy them?
I love opening tubs and finding things I forgot I bought at the end of the season. It's like an early Christmas gift.
    Beautiful photos!

  23. Breathtaking. . .yet peaceful and tranquil with the whites. In the past I have steered away from the Christmas Tree candles. I think I see a purchase in the near future. Thank you for showing how truly illuminating Christmas can be!
