I've wanted to give a tailgate party with vintage crates and firkins for some time. Besides being a terrific way to cart a party around, vintage boxes and containers have so much character. The graphics are fun, and it's easy and interesting to display things with all the differing heights.
The set-up is also the centerpiece, with plenty of room left around for the arriving dishes.
I have softened the look with vintage linens. I like the contrast, and love using my collections.
An interesting country-style mix of tea towels and orphaned monogrammed damask serve as napkins.
Wassail! And thanks for dropping by!
Ciao! for now!
Jacqueline
