The last time I popped into Vintage Market & Design in Albuquerque I found this sweet collection from Jeanne d'Arc Living. All the pieces look so beautiful together!
Lacy scarves, skirts, and tops in a marvellous vintage white.
Such a cute label.
Always loads of fun here, like this darling table from Joy, of NM Verde.
But since I have spring fever, it is these diminutive pieces of fairy furniture that caught my attention. The tiny arbor, furniture, and gazebo belong in a little fanciful garden somewhere, even if it's just a chippy tabletop!
Ooh lala! Love that green color.
I thought you might like a general stroll through the place to see a few of the latest changes. It's just a drop in the bucket of all the wonderful stuff, old and new, to be found here.
A cottagey sweet rose plate. . .
And goods from Downton Abbey! I took home the "grains" pillow you can see in the photo below. I love the ticking on the reverse too.
You could spend hours in the paper and crafts room.
So French farmhouse!
Love, love. . . .
Love this little garden shed tucked away in the back. The place is HUGE!!!
Are you enjoying a nice long weekend?
Either way, I hope it's a terrific new week for you!
Jacqueline

ReplyDeleteWonderful eye candy here, Jacqueline...I think I could easily go broke there lol.
ReplyDeleteI wish I had more money and less weight. I wish I were taller. I wish I were on a warm - but not too hot- sunny beach sipping a fruity alcoholic beverage.
ReplyDeleteI loved that store and think I would love to be tall and skinny and be able to wear that adorable outfit, it is TOO CUTE for words!
Oh well, it's fun to dream. I think I would go nuts in a store like that, it's AWESOME.
CUANTAS COSAS HERMOSAS!!!

What a lovely store! I could get in some real trouble in there! I particularly love the fairy furniture and the paper and crafts room. :-) I will be passing through Albuquerque this summer, and this shop will definitely be on my places to visit! Thanks for sharing. :-)
ReplyDeleteJacqueline, we'll be in ABQ in a few months. Is this store there ? I could not find the address on the website, but maybe that is just their online store. If there are other must-visit stores of this type there, could you tell me what they are ? Would love to look for vintage and not the same old southwest souvenirs. Thank you !

Oh Jacqueline I want to hop on a plane right now and come to shop here. Ohhhhhh what a great place. So many wonderful treasures. I think I need to plan a trip to Albuquerque soon. The shop will be worth the trip alone.
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing this wonderful place with us.

What a beautiful place. How lucky you are to have a market that carries JDL clothing. I have wanted some of their lovely clothes but cannot find anywhere to purchase them. Not even online. I do have a grey linen scarf that I love from My little Cottage Shoppe. I love the label too and it came with a lovely JDL notecard.
ReplyDeleteThe garden shed inspires me. My husband came home with three huge old French doors, free from his job, and we are thinking of using them for a greenhouse.
So much amazing eye candy in this post! Love the JDL pieces and all the details. Beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteHand down, you always know where the good stuff is to be found!! What a fun shop!! JDL clothing, I had no idea.... so pretty! Fairie furniture is gonna be a big thing, I see it everywhere, it's so darling, the tiny chandy in the gazebo :-) Love that sofa (rolled arms and a camel back, say perfection to me:-)
ReplyDeleteand that giant birdcage, WOW... fabulous!! Love your new pillow and am looking forward to seeing them around your place:-)
Hugs....

ReplyDeleteI could get lost in that place for a long time

ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous shop. I could spend hours in there. *sigh* Such loveliness and all around.
ReplyDeleteLove the clothes. I would wear them all. I will have to keep my eyes peeled for the JDL clothing.
