Today was that kind of day. It has rained all day and the temperature is at 15. Big change and it came so fast. Your photos are beautiful tonight. As always. Deb
Hi J, Cozy with a capital C. Love, love, love your desk pushed op to the big shuttered window, I am a window gazer, daydreamer... And am glad to see your fairytale gate making an appearance :-) We have the same Sedium! Mine is almost blooming, candy for bee's! If you get tired of the rain send it my way ;-) Hugs, Bella
Have you had rain already? Pretty photos. It was 107 degrees here today. I kept my air on cold all day. I was afraid my computer would die. I can't wait for fall.
Simply romantic and stunning. You capture simplicity Jaqueline and one can feel it. This is a lovely post your photos are amazin.. Your garden looks so lovely. best wishes val
What is that beautiful vine in the photo? My son recently moved to Tucson, Arizona and doesn't know what grows well there as he is from Florida. He has a wall around the back yard that he would like to cover with a vine like that.
Jacqueline, Since our long haul of 34 days without rain, I find myself standing at the patio door, cofee cup in hand, watching each and every rain drop I can. Cleansing and refreshing and bringing life back to the dry, arrid Prairie! I listen to the rythym of the falling rain...and I smile! Fondly, Pat
Such beautiful images, Jacqueline! They remind me of one of my favorite quotes: "Don't you just love those long rainy afternoons in New Orleans when an hour isn't just an hour - but a little piece of eternity dropped into your hands - and who knows what to do with it?" (Tennessee Williams) I hope you had a lovely weekend full of hours like that!
I know what you mean ...for me today was one of these days, rainy and cozy as are your photos.
ReplyDeleteOh, we are having rainy days here. Such a welcomed sight. ;-)
