Finding Friday



It's been such a fast and full week! And here we are at the weekend again.



On top of it all the clock is going to play tricks on us once more, and I'll spend a week trying to figure out what time it REALLY is.



I'll feel plunged into an early darkness. . . .  Daylife destined for a premature grave.



But for now, I'm out finding FRIDAY!




Sometimes it needs a searching for,




 after being lost in a string of routine days,



and wanting only to kick off its shoes and curl up at the end of the week. . . .




 I hope you find Friday too!

    Your Friday is indeed lovely! The nest an shells are so pretty together!

    Like you, changing back to standard times bums me out. The darker mornings make me tired and drowsy. I need sunshine to wake me up.

    Sweet. I love the tiny curly pearly shell in the bird's nest. Early dark winter days means more candles burning for me. :) Have a lovely weekend. Pamela

    Lovely photos! I love bird nest. For years when my children were young they would bring abondon bird nest to me for gifts. Know all the while that I loved them. They couldn't have given me anything any better.

    My son (21) was visiting last week and what did he bring in the house? Yes, a tiny bird nest! I almost cried! Isn't life wonderful!

    So nice to see these earthy whites and browns mixed together....the perfect amount of beachiness I needed this evening!

    Had to take an item to be returned at Macy's this evening and they have the Christmas music blasting and the stores are decorated for the holidays. It is just too early for me!

    Can't we just enjoy the grateful holiday of Thanksgiving first! I mean really!?

    I was trying to find Friday, and before i knew it, it was Monday again, and back to work... time goes too fast..
