A Favorite Rose



I'm joining in on the Spring theme at A Rosy Note. There's probably not a more perfect symbol for spring than roses. White roses in particular are special to me. I used the macro setting on my point & shoot for this one posing on an open vintage bird book, and for the others in this post.


The blooms on a flocked curtain panel make an interesting pattern.

    I really like that first photo. I love flowers and roses have always been favorites for me, not only are they beautiful to look at but they smell so wonderful too.

    Your rose is beautiful on our quiet rainy day. Do you grow your roses you photograph? I grow a lot of flowers but cannot grow many roses.
