Morning in the Garden

Morning is the best part of the day in June. A little early gathering seems like the civilized thing to do. We have another busy day planned and will be off to the zoo any minute. But a little bird song to start things off sets the tone.

We have layered the linens and set out the odd tea cups and saucers. It feels very Brambly Hedge, but maybe that's the influence of a few storybook pages around the table as well.

I hope your week is off to a great start!
Ciao! for now!

Jacqueline

The table and the glads especially are splendid. Those flowers remind me of my mom and my childhood. I have a Brambly Hedge tea cup somewhere...must look for it. hugs♥O

I hope you left that beautiful setting in place. After a trip to the zoo, it'll be the perfect spot for a brief respite!
