A Favorite Rose

I'm joining in on the Spring theme at A Rosy Note. There's probably not a more perfect symbol for spring than roses. White roses in particular are special to me. I used the macro setting on my point & shoot for this one posing on an open vintage bird book, and for the others in this post.

The blooms on a flocked curtain panel make an interesting pattern.

Hydrangeas from an earlier post this week.

I'm sharing at
Boogieboard Cottage

Thanks for stopping by! I hope you have a lovely week!
Ciao! for now!

I've been too busy to blog or comment - but today I'm up early and enjoying your recent posts along with a cup of tea. There's something very peaceful about roses and linens and everything vintage. Ahhhhhhh...

Jacqueline,
Beautiful images! Have you thought of making that curtain a texture for your photos?

Your rose is beautiful on our quiet rainy day. Do you grow your roses you photograph? I grow a lot of flowers but cannot grow many roses.
