The Dimming of the Day

Record highs here in the desert Southwest. I wish I could tell you I spent the day in the garden, or at the nursery, or even at yard sales looking for vintage garden pots.

I've been keeping shop. So I only wandered out to smell my new herb pots at the end of the day.

It's nice to have a little patio life again. To do the sweeping up of last season, and putting out a bit of green for the new.

I'll take it. Even if it's done in the very last rays of daylight.

Thanks for joining me!

  15. I know I've been by your blog before, but your pictures are just stunning. I think you should open a b&b and let us come and visit you. What a wonderfully relaxing home you have created. Your brown/white transferware collection (which happens to be one of my favorite colors) is stunning. I've never seen some of the patterns you have. Your blog is a breath of fresh air, and you should be featured in many magazines! Have a nice week!
